Re: X Factor
I love Johnny!! He was great last night I like Sophie...she's got a gorgeous tone to her voice.
Re: X Factor
I can't stand the X Factor, although if you watch it as a comedy show it's quite funny
It makes me laugh when you see a band behind the singers miming along to the backing track, if I don't laugh I honestly think I'll cry.
I can't wait for the day to come when the music industry comes full circle and adopts the real music again and makes the fake uncool

Re: X Factor
I watch from its on in the background while Im busy on the old computer. Johnny however seems different to the rest and Id love to see him get a break in life
Re: X Factor
Will squint with my ears & try that tik-tak..
To be honest, it's not the contestants, they'r only chasing their dreams.. It's the show & concept I got an issue with , the songs get produce to death , litterally breaking dreams before they've had chance to fledge & that, I think is a shame.
There is a lot to be said for doing the thing you love in life, it really helps well-being, which has got to be good There's no harm in a bit of leg-work, testing & learning your way.. you learn little from a short-cut
That said, I will check him out.. He maybe the 1st X in 11years

Yeah ,same sensation I have when I (try) to watch a Bollywood movie ,If you take it as a comedy it seems quite watchable....

Re: X Factor
I can't help but watch it!! Its one of those programmes where I can completely switch off and destress. But I do feel for the contestants. They are trying to chase their dreams and the type of programme it is, tends to laugh at them all rather than support them
Re: X Factor
Omg, as soon as I saw Johnny's face, I remember'd his audition & I take it all back , I not only think you've got a point in seeing him get a shot, but also that whatever happens he'll be singing for as long as he wants to be
As far as win... Now I feel I'm gonna have to watch & view for myself
Thanxs for the smilies, btw x

Re: X Factor
You're welcome and glad you agree. You cant help but like him can you? Like Gary Barlow said he looks like hes straight out of a Carry On film . It's true though!
Re: X Factor
He is that good, that now he's been seen, he'll be good for life, if he wants .. think I'll still need the to what the show though.
On a personal note, I really don't think I could jump through the hoops of the show & bend quite to the show artist view... & I don't think they'd get it , but hats just me.. Shame 'cause it all I seem to here from drunks as they pass by me busking late @ night sometimes, but always fun , well almost

Re: X Factor
a guess no more Johnny .. He'll be singing for years
Not to worry... least he should start his music career without being in huge dept to Cowell
