Telford’s in Chester with double bill of bands

CHESTER’S premier live music promoters Funkdub has assembled two critically acclaimed young bands, Yes Sir Boss and More Like Trees, to celebrate its landmark seventh birthday party at Telford’s Warehouse in Chester on Saturday, November 26.
Bristol-based headliners Yes Sir Boss have recently been signed to Joss Stone’s new label, and will release their debut album Desperation State in early 2012.
Their original reggae sound is created from a multitude of worldly musical and cultural influences.
A heavy blend of horn led hooks, offbeat rhythms and epic riffs provide the perfect backing for the husky vocals of front man Matt Sellors.

Yes Sir Boss have completed a summer of touring, appearing at Glastonbury, Bestival, and Green Man with the legendary Chai Wallahs crew.
Joining them for the anniversary event will be More Like Trees.
Tickets £4 on the door although admission is free before 9pm.
