Jet stream! and its sharing Russia at the moment 
-2 = 28f
but Edy normally wins hands down when he has to cope with -20 = 4f

Oh... You would be happier with the Gulf Stream I think... We are talking air and water here.. Works for me...

I dont know what it was in town but out in the sticks it was certainly -4
