Sir Mick Jagger, the British musician and frontman of The Rolling Stones, has discussed how he manages to defy his 68-years. Despite the Stones' current hiatus, Jagger shows no signs of slowing up and is currently involved in his Superheavy project with Dave Stewart, Joss Stone, Damian Marley and Ar Rahman.

Speaking to the UK's Daily Mirror, Mick revealed how he keeps his famous slender figure, saying, "I'm lucky.I have very good genes and I don't put on weight. I still have a drink. I am not a fanatic about being in the gym for hours or pounding the pavements as that's detrimental". Instead, Jagger claims he does half an hour of biking around five times a week, or a brief stint in the gym. However, his fitness regime also sees him hitting the dance floor, he explained, ".dancing is really good and more fun than being in a gym. I go out clubbing. If you can't and you are in the country with nowhere to go, you just clear the furniture away and have a dance". The singer, father to seven children between the ages of 12 and 40, has been dating the 6ft 3ins model L'Wren Scott since 2001.

Superheavy released their debut single 'Miracle Worker' in July 2011, to mainly positive reviews. The band's first album followed in September and was, again, received warmly by critics.
